Party Lights in Bulgaria

By 24th August 2012February 5th, 2024News

Party Lights have just returned from setting up their new branch in Lozenets, Bulgaria.

Lozenets is a village and seaside resort on the southern Bulgarian Black Sea Coast and is now a bustling tourist centre attracting visitors from mainly other parts of Bulgaria and Russia.  It has three large sandy beaches, and several smaller beaches which attract a younger crowd who are able to party all night at the clubs and bars right on the beach.

Whilst a relatively small village (officially with a permanent population of just 685), Lozenets has a growing reputation as the place to be (and be seen) in the summer, amongst Bulgaria’s elite.   Aside from some of the luxury developments that have recently been built, figures from the local world of politics, music and sport have chosen to build their summer homes here. The laid back vibe, world class beaches, and lack of crowds makes this an ideal place to relax and soak up the sun. And despite its size, nowadays Lozenets is one of the top summer destinations in the whole of Eastern Europe.

There are numerous bars open day and night (sometimes non-stop), spread throughout the village and across it’s beaches. Providing a  background of chilled out and soulful house they certainly add to the vibe of Lozenets without ever being intrusive. Summer Mood and Swinging Beach (both on the Central Beach) and Wake Up (Oasis) are all highly recommended, and open all hours – when night time falls there are often guest DJ’s playing into the early hours, camp fires lit, and great times had at any of these bars. Friends on the Beach, next to the restaurant with the same name,  is also a unique setting, with its own private beach and jetty. Buddha Bar, Funky Kitchen, and Alcohol are all others we’d highly recommend.

We think this is a perfect location for our party lights business and so we have set up our villa office to demonstrate some of the products that we have available including drapes and fairy lights and we’re looking forward to successful summers for many years to come.
